Dec. 18, 2025 - Refratechnik and NQA successfully complete first global certification cycle. The Refratechnik Group and NQA proudly announce the successful completion of their first global, multi standard certification cycle. The official handover of the certificate took place on 3rd of December at the NQA headquarters in Dunstable, UK, marking an important milestone in the strategic collaboration between both organizations.

Refratechnik is delighted to have found in NQA a certification partner capable of systematically auditing its global activities from a single source. This unified approach ensures consistency, transparency, and comparability across all sites of the Refratechnik Group.

Throughout the certification process, the NQA team, represented by Laura Fletcher, developed and conducted assessments across the Refratechnik Group. Refratechnik’s global management team, represented by Axel Westermann, coordinated and supported audit activities across all sites covering audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. This framework was designed to deliver aligned and measurable results for every location within the group. In addition to the standards' requirements, the focus was placed on identifying improvement opportunities, highlighting operational best practices, and providing management with actionable insights for continuous improvement. The outcome of the first certification cycle demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, quality, and ongoing optimization within the Refratechnik Group. Both companies emphasize that this is only the beginning of a long-term partnership aimed at strengthening global standards and fostering sustainable progress.
